Description
Magnesium sulfate (also known as Epsom salt), Himalayan pink sea salt, and Pacific Northwest harvested sea salt blended with argan oil, dried herbs (chamomile, lavender, yarrow, calendula, mugwort, damiana, and hops), and a relaxing essential oil blend (lavender, bergamot, and clary sage).
The herbs are intended to ground you in your body and to soothe you and your skin. You can sift the herbs out with a strainer (I use a tea strainer!) when you’re finished with your bath. You can even reuse them for a bath or two or save them to dry on your altar.
This is a large bag of bath salts and will last about 2 baths. To get the full effects of magnesium salts, you need a lot of salt!
- For most bathtubs, about half a bag will do the trick (8oz or 1 cup).
- For a smaller tub for a foot soak, use a bit less (4oz or 1/2 a cup)
