XIX The Sun Tarot Soap

Description

The Sun is about innocent joy and brightness. This bar of sunshine is centered around calendula from my garden. The sunshine soaked flower petals are infused into the oils for the soap batter.

Nourishing oils and butters create a fairly hard, bubbly bar with an essential oil blend to spark sunshine (lemon and peppermint).

Each bar is about 4 ounces. The size varies a little bit from bar to bar due to the nature of small batch crafting. To help your soap last as long as possible, use a well draining soap dish to let it thoroughly dry out between uses.

Ingredients:

Olive oil, palm oil, coconut oil, shea butter, cocoa butter, castor oil, essential oil blend (lemon, bergamot, orange, peppermint), calendula petals, lemon zest, lye, water.

(There is no lye in the finished soap. The lye combines with the fatty acids of the oils to create soap. The science and magic of soap!)
